BAKED CORN PUDDING 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed and drained
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash nutmeg
1 can (4 oz.) pimentos, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. light cream

325 degree oven.

Grease baking dish. Mix corn, eggs and onion well. Add flour, salt, pepper, sugar and nutmeg. Mix well. Add butter, cream and pimentos. Mix well. Set baking dish in pan of hot water. Bake 1 hour uncovered until knife comes out clean.
