BAKED CORN PUDDING 
6 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream style corn
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk

Melt butter over medium heat in saucepan. Add onion, garlic and pepper. Cook stirring until onion is limp. Stir in flour, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook and stir until bubbly. Remove from heat, add corn, eggs and milk, stirring until mixture is well blended. Pour into shallow buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, or until center appears set when shaken. Serves 10.
