GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French green beans
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 sm. sour cram
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup OR 1 can cream of celery OR both
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Drain beans and corn. Add sour cream, onion, soup, salt and pepper to taste. Top with 1 or 2 stacks of Town House crackers, crushed and 1 stick of melted butter. (Can also add chopped celery). Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
