CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (#2) cans yellow cream style corn
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. garlic salt
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 cans green chili, chopped
1 can sliced olives
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (1/2 lb.)

Mix all together and bake in casserole 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be made a day or two ahead. Excellent with all meat and poultry. (We love it with turkey.)
