CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans (15 - 16 1/2 oz.) cream style corn
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Place in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until middle is slightly firm.
