2 eggs
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (17 oz.) can cream corn
1 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 lb. ground meat
2 c. shredded cheese
1 lg. onion
3 jalapeno peppers

Mix first 7 ingredients and set aside. Brown meat. Pour half of cornbread mixture into greased skillet and layer the other ingredients.
