BEEF JERKY
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Accent or MSG
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 round steak or flank steak, 1/2 inch thick

Cut steak into 1/4 inch wide strips. Mix remaining ingredients together and soak steak strips in mixture for 24 hours, turning steak occasionally. Lay strips across rack on cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 3 hours. Easy to make and is real good jerky. HINT: Use more or less black pepper depending on how spicy you like it!
