BEEF JERKY 
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. liquid smoke

For 4 pounds meat soak overnight. Oven 125 degrees for 5 hours.
