GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. box white powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over bottom of greased pan. Mix cake mix, according to directions on package. Then pour over coconut and pecans evenly. Set aside. On low heat, melt butter, add to softened cream cheese. Mix in white powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Spoon by tablespoon all over cake. (This mixture soaks down through cake as it cooks. Bake at 350 degrees until cake tests done.)
