UPSIDE DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 box 10X sugar (confectioners')
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flaked coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Layer bottom of pan with 1 cup pecans and 1 cup coconut. Mix cake mix according to directions on box and pour over pecans and coconut.

Mix cream cheese, 10X sugar, butter and vanilla. Spoon over cake mix. Top with remaining pecans and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. If center still looks a little "shakey", it should be o.k. Cake needs to cool completely before removing from pan and serving.
