1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter

In large bowl, mix cake mix according to directions on box. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Spread into pan coconut and pecans. Pour mix in pan. In medium bowl mix sugar, cream cheese, and butter. Pour over cake batter. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees in oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool in pan.
