GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 German chocolate cake mix
butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 box 4X sugar
1 c. coconut
8 oz. cream cheese

Spray Pam on 9 x 13 inch baking dish, then melt 3/4 stick of butter in the baking dish, add 1 cup coconut and 1 cup pecans. Mix cake mix as directed. Pour batter over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Next melt 3/4 stick of butter, add cream cheese and blend in box of 4X sugar. Spread over baked cake that is cool.
