GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle nuts and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake according to directions on box. Pour over nuts and coconut. Mix butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done. Let cool 10 minutes and invert to serving dish. If baked in a glass dish, bake at 325 degrees.
