GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter

Place coconut and pecans on bottom of pan. Melt butter and drizzle over it.

STEP 2:
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour over coconut and pecan mix.

STEP 3:
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Beat until fluffy. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Then glaze after it has cooled a bit. GLAZE: Sugar and milk.
