FUDGE BROWNIE PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/3 c. Hershey's Cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Beat eggs in a small bowl. Blend in sugar and add melted butter, combine flour, cocoa and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done). Cool, cut into wedges. Serve topped with ice cream or hot fudge sauce. 6 to 8 servings.
