THREE CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE 
8 oz. noodles
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1 can drained mushrooms
1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles, drain in cold water. Saute onion and pepper in butter. Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, basil. Place half of the noodles in 3 quart greased baking dish and cover with half of each: sauce, cottage cheese, chicken, cheeses. Repeat layers again. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 8-10.
