JUDY'S APPLE PIE METHOD 
Any 2 crust pie dough of choice
Sliced apples, 5 to 6 cups
2 to 3 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

GLAZE:

Mix powdered sugar with small amount of milk to make thin mixture.

2 to 3 tbsp. chopped nuts of choice

Mix apples and remaining ingredients for pie. Fill bottom crust, top with second crust and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until done. 45 minutes to 1 hour. Set on rack. When almost cool, drizzle with glaze and sprinkle with nuts.
