FLUFFY ITALIAN COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt, alternately with milk, beating until smooth. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 minutes at 350 degrees. Cookies do not get brown. Cool.

Icing: Mix 4 tablespoons butter, 1 pound confectioners' sugar and enough milk to make spreadable consistency. Tint to desired color.
