SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 bunches green onions, chopped
3/4 lb. bacon
1 lg. jar mayonnaise
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Original Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
1 bunch fresh spinach
1 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen green peas
8 eggs, hard boiled
1 c. sour cream

Clean and drain well lettuce, spinach, and green onions. Do not defrost the green peas. Fry or microwave bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Chop onions and slice the eggs. Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Ranch mix.

Now begin layering. Lettuce, green peas, spinach, bacon, green onions, eggs. For the top layer, spread the dressing mixture evenly on top being very sure to bring it to touch the side of the bowl to seal in the other ingredients. Cover and place in refrigerator for 24 hours, or at least overnight. Toss before serving. Serves 15-20.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
