1 head lettuce, shredded
1 pkg. fresh spinach, chopped
6 hard boiled eggs, grated
6 slices crisp, fried bacon, crumbled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Ranch style salad dressing mix
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Layer first 6 ingredients in salad bowl.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and salad dressing mix in bowl until smooth. Pour over salad. Do not toss. Sprinkle cheese on top. Chill overnight.
