ROY CLARK'S CRAB CAKES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained and flaked
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Make into patties. Fry or broil.
