SPICY CRAB CAKES 
6 oz. flaked crabmeat
2 lg. eggs, beaten
1 1/2 oz. oatmeal (quick)
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. oil
Lemon wedges

Combine first 8 ingredients. Let stand 30 minutes. Shape into 4 patties on wax paper (dredge each patty into flour, coating lightly). Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook patty 5 minutes on each side until brown. Serve with lemon wedge. 4 servings.
