2 c. zucchini squash, peeled and grated
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 egg, well beaten
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Butter flavored shortening

Mix all ingredients together. Form mixture into individual serving patties; roll in bread crumbs. Fry patties until crispy and golden brown.
