MOCK CRAB CAKES 
2 c. peeled & grated zucchini
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs (preferably Italian)
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (don't substitute)
1 egg
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix. Form into patties and fry in butter and oil until golden brown. To serve as appetizer, form into very small balls and deep fry.
