CRAB CAKES 
2 lb. white crab meat
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. horseradish
Oil for frying
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2 1/2 tbsp. bell pepper, finely chopped

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Do not break crab lumps. Form into 10 patties. Deep fry at 360 degrees until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Makes 10 patties.
