16 rolled graham crackers 20 marshmallows, cut in 8 pieces 1/2 lb. box pitted dates (each date cut 8 times) 1 c. walnuts (each nut cut 4 times) 1/3 c. whipping cream Set aside 1/4 cup of cracker crumbs. Combine rest of crumbs with dates and marshmallows and nuts. Moisten with cream and mix thoroughly. Form into a roll. Roll this roll in set aside cracker crumbs. Wrap in moisture-proof paper and chill at least 6 hours. Slice and serve with whipped cream. Serves 8. |
