VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bunch broccoli or 1 head cauliflower
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 pt. heavy cream, heated
Salt and pepper to taste

Parboil (or steam) vegetable and arrange in buttered 13 x 9 inch casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix heated cream and beaten eggs, pour over vegetable. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.
