CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 can onion rings

Combine chicken, soup, milk (3/4 c.) vegetables, cheese (1/2 c.) and onion rings (1/2). Spread into greased 8x12 baking pan. Bake uncovered 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Combine Bisquick, egg, and milk to from dough. Spoon over mixture and bake uncovered 30 minutes more until cheese melts.
