ELAYNE'S NOODLE KUGEL 
8 oz. fine noodles
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. apples, grated
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Cook noodles 4 minutes after water has boiled; don't over cook, drain. Combine half of butter with all ingredients, including noodles. Put in buttered baking dish; drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 400 degrees until top is brown and crisp! Try Pyrex dish to check sides for brown. Try 40 minutes in the oven.
