SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Prepared mustard
Flour
1 can chicken & rice soup

Spread mustard on each side of the pork chops and roll in flour. Brown both sides, place in a casserole dish and cover with the soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
