JAMAICAN CHOPS 
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Smother pork with jerk sauce (homemade or store bought sauces work). Wrap in bacon and fasten with toothpicks.

Preheat pan with oil. Dip pork chop in buttermilk. Smother in breading mix. I used 1 part flour and one part crushed cheerios. Pre-fry in oil until brown on both sides.

Put pan in oven for 20 minutes. Flip and continue for another 20 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes in pan (may cover with foil).
