SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS 
Brown pork chops and put in 13x9 inch pan (save juices). Take bread and break over top of pork chops. In the juices add 1/2 cup onions, 2 cans mushroom soup, 1 can mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook until hot, 5 or 10 minutes. Pour mixture over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until top of bread is crispy.
