SMOTHERED CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops
Accent
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Sprinkle Accent generously on chops. Mix together the flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Melt shortening in large fry pan, coat the chops with the flour mixture and brown. Put chops in Dutch oven and add the sliced onion and the soup mixed with the milk. Bake 2 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.
