HOT CHILI 
2 lbs. ground chuck or hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, diced
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (#2) can chili beans
1 (#2) can whole tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
1 (#2) can Hunts tomato sauce

Brown meat, drain grease. Add pepper, onion, chili powder, salt, pepper, then cut tomatoes and add. Simmer for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring during the time. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 40 to 60 minutes. Less hot chili, just use tomatoes from 10 ounce can of Rotel, cut up.
