CHILI MAC 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can Hunts chili beans, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. water
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat, add onions and green pepper and saute a little. Add rest of ingredients except cheese. Cover, simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with cheese. This is a quick recipe and has always been enjoyed by my kids.
