CHILI (Crock Pot) 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 lg. can Hunt's tomatoes
1 sm. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 c. catsup
1 med. green pepper (chopped)
1 pkg. chili mix
1 sm. garlic pod
1 tbsp. dried or fresh parsley
1 c. chopped celery
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt to taste

Put all ingredients together. Add 1 cup water and turn to low. Let cook all night. In the morning stir well, taste for salt. Add 2 small cans kidney beans and cook until lunch. Can serve as dip with Fritos.
