CHILI SAUCE 
2 or 3 lg. onions, chopped
2 or 3 lg. green peppers, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
Tomatoes to fill crock pot 3/4 full
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in crock pot and let cook on high temperature for 8 to 10 hours or until thick. Before putting tomatoes in pot remove all thin juice so it doesn't need so much cooking. Use thick part of tomatoes. After about six hours, taste and add needed seasoning. Store in sealed jars or may be frozen and stored in freezer. This may be cooked in pot on top of stove but will require constant stirring.
