MIKE'S AND OTHER'S FAMOUS CHILI 
3 lb. ground sirloin
10 oz. can Campbell's French onion soup (not creamy)
1 tbsp. chili powder (fry with hamburger)
2 tsp. ground cumin
few drops of Tabasco sauce
1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 tbsp. oil
1 (15 oz.) can Yorktown Great Northern beans (undrained)
1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans (undrained)
1 (15 oz.) can light red kidney beans (undrained)
2 (15 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, mashed or 1 qtsp. home canned tomatoes
2 medium onions, diced (1 in crock-pot and 1 fried with sirloin)
3 medium stalks celery, cut up (fry 1 with sirloin)
2 c. cut spaghetti, boiled and drained

Fry ground sirloin, 1 onion, 1 stalk celery and chili powder in skillet until almost done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then mix in crock-pot with rest of ingredients.
