ENGLISH TRIFLE 
2 pkgs. Lady Fingers
1 lg. jar strawberry preserves
4 sm. or 2 lg. boxes vanilla pudding (prepared)
Several fresh strawberries for garnish

In a large serving bowl start with a layer of lady fingers, opened, and laying flat at the bottom of the bowl and slightly going up the side. Spread a thin layer of the preserves on top of the lady fingers with a spoon. Place spoonfuls of pudding on top of that. Repeat the layers until you have three layers. Arrange some fresh strawberries on top of the last layer of pudding.

This recipe can be used for four layers depending on the size of the bowl. Always end with the pudding on top. Cover with clear wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours.
