BEEF & SPINACH AU GRATIN 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a greased 2 quart casserole. Brown beef and onion, drain. Squeeze water from spinach and add to beef mixture. Blend in cheese and seasonings. Turn into casserole. Combine crumbs and butter, sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.

I was sceptical making this only on ingredients I had on hand but this stuff was awesome! I made a nice salad and some crusty french bread with fresh garlic and butter... my boyfriend is already telling me its a keeper! :)
