MARINATED CUCUMBERS 
1 med. cucumber
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Into glass bowl, thinly slice cucumber and onion. Mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt; pour over cucumber and onion. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours. Drain and serve. Yield: 4-6 servings (25 calories each).
