TOLL HOUSE COOKIES 
1 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter or shortening
1/3 c. + 1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. + 1 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Mix in flour, stir in chocolate bits and pecans. Drop on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
