LOW CALORIE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
2 sm. cans tomato soup
1 1/2 can water
1 c. instant rice

In skillet, saute hamburger and onion; drain fat and stir in rice. Remove from heat. Cut cabbage in small wedges and put in a greased casserole dish; pour hamburger and rice mixture over cabbage, stir water and soup together and pour over top, pouring along the edges. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
