LOW CALORIE ITALIAN BAKED
CHICKEN
 
1 1/4 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. canned tomato sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion flakes or 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
"Pam" or any non-stick vegetable oil spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan with vegetable spray oil. Arrange chicken breasts side by side in pan. Spread the mushrooms over the chicken. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Spread sauce mix over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
