ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 cut up fryer, cleaned
1/2 c. low calorie Italian dressing
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix dressing, soy sauce, onion and dry mustard together. Baste chicken with mixture. Broil on both sides until brown. Baste again, cover and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 325 degrees.
