4 chicken breasts, fat and skin removed 1 med. stalk of broccoli 1 sm. head of cauliflower 4 lg. carrots 1 med. onion Layer large chunks of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and onions in Dutch oven. Top with chicken breasts. Add 2 cans of Campbell's chicken broth or chicken with rice soup. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serves 4. 280 calories per serving. |
