LOW CALORIE CHICKEN 
4 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. lemon juice

Place chicken breast in a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle each with dry milk, seasonings and lemon juice. Wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender.
