SAUSAGE BREAD 
Ground sausage (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
Italian bread (1 loaf)
butter (3/4 to 1 stick)
Garlic salt (1/2 to 1 tsp.)
Mozzarella cheese (6 oz.) shredded

Cut Italian bread lengthwise but not all the way through. Melt butter and put garlic salt in butter, stir. Spread on bread both sides. Fry sausage in frying pan until cooked. Stuff sausage and cheese into bread. Fold tight and wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Slice and serve.

Serves 3-4.
