PREVEY'S SAUSAGE BREAD 
4 lbs. sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella, shredded
4 eggs
2 lbs. bread dough

Peel casing off sausage and fry with onions. Drain off grease and mix with cheese, eggs, and pepper to taste in a bowl.

Roll out 1 pound of dough and spread half the mixture over entire dough. Roll up dough into a log with sausage inside. Place dough onto a greased bread pan. Repeat for second pound of dough. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Make sure bread is done in the center when toothpick is inserted.
