HEALTHY BANANA BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. wheat germ 3 med. mashed bananas 1/4 c. skim buttermilk 1/4 c. oil Egg Beaters to equal 2 eggs 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in large bowl. 3. Stir to mix. Add and mix wheat germ. 4. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until well blended. 5. Place in oiled 8 1/4" x 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" loaf pan. 6. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until browned and cracked on top. 7. Cool in pan. |
